The energy transition to renewable sources like offshore wind poses unique challenges. Offshore wind projects face tighter profits, complex logistics, weather dependence, and rapid growth. Existing digital tools (from related industries) often fall short. As the world shifts to sustainable energy to address climate change, improving offshore wind profitability is crucial for meeting decarbonization goals.We built a tool with data driven decision support for all actors in operations & maintenance (O&M) - decisions on when to do maintenance, where, by whom and why. This tool empowers all players in the value chain, from X to Y ensure key metrics and values are considered.Our client is one of the largest energy companies in Norway, having a global presence in all five markets. In its energy transition journey, it aims to raise its renewable capacity. The solution will enable our client to excel its operations on the world largest wind farm - Dogger Bank - close to 300 Wind Turbine ranging 12-14 GW generating up to 60TWh capacity equals powering on average 6 000 000 UK households.
