They provide up to 70% of the equity required by banks, enabling buyers to co-own a portion of the property while living in the entire home. Over time, homeowners can buy out Coo's share, transitioning to full ownership. This approach is designed to make homeownership more accessible, especially for those with income but lacking sufficient equity.
